I live in a remote area with a lot of acreage. I wanted to start warming my house with some of the dead wood found in my backyard and this led me on a journey of wood stoves and pellets.
I don’t know what it is about having a stove burning wood that makes the house feel warmer or smell even better. But it does.
I created this site to help educate people on their different options when it comes to warming their homes with wood and pellets. Hopefully, you’ll learn from my mistakes about what not to do and what to look for in your search for the right stove for your situation.
There are two parts to this website and they are divided into two categories. Wood Stoves and Wood Pellets.
There is a lot of information to wade through and don’t blame me if you find yourself on here for hours at a time looking at all your options.
Try the search button, but that is a little wacky at times, so just enjoy the site and click on whatever interests you and before long you’ll have your answers and hopefully a wood stove and pellets warming the cockles of your heart.
